Orders & Payments

We accept payment via Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

All transactions are processed securely via Woopayments. We are not storing any of your payment details. We also take all reasonable measures to keep your personal information and order details secure. However, we cannot be held liable if an event beyond our control results in loss to you.

Yes, we are happy to ship internationally to most of the countries. All online purchases will be processed in Euro (€).

We do not offer exchanges for our products at the moment.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to cancel your order once it ships.

Once your order has been successfully placed, we’ll send you an order confirmation email with your order details. When your order ships, you’ll then receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping

Services offered by the WonderMonkey Online Shop shall be provided to customers whose delivery and invoice addresses lie within the territory of Germany, Austria, Great Britain, France, Spain [except the Canary Islands], Italy, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Luxembourg, Sweden, Belgium, Bulgaria, Romania, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Croatia and Greece. No deliveries shall be made outside this zone.

Products are shipped from Germany and we offer

  • standard shipping for € 4.79 to any destination in Germany
  • a flat rate of € 10.49 to an EU country
  • a flat rate of € 15.49 to United Kingdom
  • a flat rate of € 18.49 to the United States of America

We pride ourselves in handling your orders quickly and aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (Monday-Friday) subject to product availability and clearance of payment.

The delivery usually takes about 2-3 business days. The delivery time may vary for orders from outside Germany. In rare cases – during the Christmas season, for example – your order may have extended delays. These delays are due to the high volume of packages handled by the carrier. We deliver as usual. Depending on the region, delivery times may be extended temporaily.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number, so you can follow your package as it makes its way to you. However, tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update, so don’t worry if it doesn’t show up immediately.

Return Policy

We accept returns up to 21 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unused, in the original packaging and in a resellable condition.

To arrange a return please email sebolino@wondermonkey.net with your original order number and reason for the return. We will email you details on where to send the returned item. Please note that the cost of return will need to be covered by the customer, as we do not offer free returns.

Not 100% happy with your WonderMonkey order? Contact our customer service sebolino@wondermonkey.net with your original order number and reason for the return. Return your order in the original condition and packaging within 14 days of your purchase date. You will have to pay the shipping costs for returning your parcel.
No later than 30 days after receiving your return, the entire purchase amount for the product and the original shipping costs will be refunded to your account.
